Could Healthy Foods Be Causing You Problems?You might be surprised just how many symptoms can be connected to food sensitivities. I'm a colon hydrotherapist and a great many of the people who attend my practise with IBS symptoms are actually sensitive to something in their diet; and it's most likely to be something which is generally considered to be healthy.
My Own Issues
I started my business as a result of my own health challenges. My health had deteriorated so slowly I just accepted it as a normal part of my life. Bowel issues, permanent abdominal discomfort, catching every bug going, joint and muscle pain, tired, overweight and unhappy seemed to be my lot in life. I had been going to the hospital for a long time as I always had swollen lymph glands under my jaw and in my groin. The doctors kept telling me my body was fighting something they were just not able to identify what.
Food Sensitivity Test
I had my food sensitivity test almost by accident. A friend had booked herself in for one and suggested I go along too. I didn't for a minute think there was any point. I had always eaten a healthy diet with lots of fruit and vegetables, whole grains etc. She persisted however and I gave in. Even when I had the test and got my results I was still sceptical. But having paid my money I thought I'd give it a go and being that sort of girl I threw myself into the elimination diet 100%.
Dramatic Results
Within three days of starting the diet I no longer had either muscular or joint pain. I was astonished.
The changes by the end of the month were nothing short of miraculous. Free of pain, I weighed 22lbs less and my bowel problems were resolved completely. Truly, I have never looked back.
Worth Giving It A Go
So if you have symptoms that have defied diagnosis by the medical profession then it's really worth giving it a go. Below are just some of the symptoms clients have reported have gone completely and usually in very little time:

Best Thing I Ever Did
Having a Food Sensitivity Test was the best thing I ever did. Not only did it allow me to completely turn my health around it put me in a position to help other people with their health challenges.
I Test:
115 Foods, all the E-numbers and 35 vitamins and minerals. In addition, if you check the list of foods tested on my website and there are things in your diet which are not included then you can bring samples and I'll test those for you too.
How Long Does It Take
You should allow an hour and a half for your test. Firstly, I like to double check all the results just to make sure. Then I like to have time to answer all the questions you may have.
I will also supply you with information about changing your diet including sheets that highlight the hidden places the foods you are trying to avoid may be hidden.
Ongoing Support
Because I understand what it's like to have to make sometimes quite drastic changes I invite everyone to stay in touch. If you run out of ideas of what to eat or just need some inspiration I will always do my best to helpb you. I can't make up new food groups but I can usually think of some new ways of being able to recreate the things you like.
