Hello. My name is Sarah,I am a qualified Holistic Therapist working from home in the Great Ashby area of Stevenage, trained in Reflexology, Swedish Body Massage, Aromatherapy & Indian Head massage. I am also a Reiki Secichem Practitioner and teach meditation for healing & Tarot reading.I have previously studied Crystal healing, Colour therapy along with Spiritual & Universal energy healing techniques.
My personal life experiences enables me to offer you a deeper level of understanding and healing than is available to you via a High Street ‘Beauty’ salon.

I also offer 1-2-1 Counselling for healing the wounds that run deeper than a salon 'therapist' can handle.
Once the physical dust has settled …we are taught to ‘get up and get on’ so we push the emotion down dismissing it, pretend that we are okay when in reality we’re not. We fake it to make it in the vain hope that eventually we will be.
